AVIRIS DATA FACILITY
About the outgoing directory
This directory contains all of the temporary files that the AVIRIS
Data Facility staff have put down for use by anonymous ftp-ers. These
files are "miscellaneous" in that they do not belong in any of the
other directories.
These files will be deleted when they are three days old, so it is
imperative that a ftp-er communicate with the ADF staff prior to
putting files here so that they can be copied before deletion.
